I've lived at this complex to see changes. Whether the changes are good/bad is soley my opinion. Management has once again changed, and I have to wonder why. It seems that this place is used to "train" new management. The current management is learning as they go so I'll let you be the judge of that. If you don't mind young adults as management then this is the place for you. Guidlines and rules imposed by the management to the tennants is very laxed, or has become laxed. It's starting to feel as though the tennants are running this place. Rent has been reduced to levels that appease many, which opens up a younger and less professional clientel. Noise after hours (10:00pm) has been on the increase without the management trying to get things under control. If you're looking for a quiet place and a residence that will cater to the needs of a professional environment, this is not the place. The grounds are well kept but it's the small things that are deflecting from what it used to look like. If you do have a maintenance problem, the maintenance staff does an exceptional job and the turnaround time is efficent. So, if you're looking for a quiet and professional place to live, this is not the place. If you're willing to live with young adult children, move in immediately. But in all seriousness, if you're willing to spend the asking prices and prefer to live in relaxation, do yourself a favor.....rent a home in a quiet neighborhood.

The staff they have now is MUCH better then that rude women that use to run the place. Happy to see her gone!

The manager is in her 30's. She knows what she is doing. So does the maintenance staff. So much more has been accomplished since since the new maintenance super and his boys have started. Before, that place was a mess.
