This is the worst place i have ever lived! Management is horrible.... don't talk to Melissa! She does not care about you, you are just her paycheck. She is fake and does not care about any of your needs. They ran a bunch of specials and let a bunch of trashy people in, trash is left at compacter stinking all day and night, electric bills are through the roof, no one cleans up after their dogs, it is the worst. Gates are never closed, cops show up all the time and have problems with underage drinking. You will pay 950 for your 2 bd/2bath apartment and your neighboor will pay 700 for the same thing. Nothing is fair with this company... and then you can't get out of your lease. Even if one of you is laid off, THEY DONT CARE!!!!!

Completely agree! I had no issues with the apartment itself, but management is terrible. My roommate and I are in the military and Melissa denied the military clause to my roommate, making us pay an extra $3400 to move....military do not live here!

Wow .. In my lease agreement it does say something about if your in the military you must show proof of your order if you have to move. They arent honoring their own agreement?? They haver legal aid on base -- i suggest you talk to someone b/c legally they cant make you pay that.

Melissa has always been nice to me & I doubt she had anything to do with you owing money to the company. Read your lease it's a legal document, management doesn't get to decide what you can & can not do. Read your lease.

DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!!! Bait and Switch!!! they showed us a beautiful model and then put us in a --------!!!! OMG and the ----- melissa is conniving go behind your back and lie to save her own ass type!! Yes she is nice until you have a problem but I saw that within minutes of meeting her! FAKE FAKE FAKE! There are a few people that do work here though that do care about your situation unfortuately its up to the WARDEN!!.... If you are in a situation where you are being treated unfair I advise you go above her and take matters in your own hands!!! and keep proof because she LIES LIES LIES!!! Which I understand why because she SUCKS at her job and doesn't want to get fired!
