The maintenance works non-stop. Melissa is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I had a few problems with my apartment and before I even moved in, maintenance was there and gone. My air conditioner went bad at 1:00 am, I paged maintenance, and my air conditioner was fixed within the hour. Things are definitely better than they were when the old management was here.

I agree to disagree. Things were much better with Jessica who was the manager before Tara ( the person before Melissa) . How are you going to work @ a pet friendly apartment and not even like pets? Melissa agreed to the fact the dog park and the grounds had fleas, but acted as if it was no big deal. I asked her about spraying the grounds and she advised they offer 40.00 apartment flea treatment. I really hope she isnt that dumb, because if you dont plan on treating the grounds outside ( where my dog goes to go the bathroom) why would I pay 40.00 for my apartment to be done? My apartment doesnt have fleas.. shes picking them up outside. My dog has never had a flea on her until Melissa came. I recently took her to the vet , who advised that my dog is highly allergic to just one flea bite and thats the reason why she pulls her hair out around her tail. If my dog swallows a flea it can result in a tape worm.The vet has advised that she will get me something in writing stating that my dog has never had fleas until recently. I am getting everything in writing and taking pictures, so that If my dog needs to get treatment, I wont be the one footing the bill.

I don't think Melissa has the power to create fleas or destroy them. Fleas are everywhere no matter where you go. Maybe you should take better care of your dog.
