it was ok, cheap and quiet

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
i lived there for about two yrs. it was nice and quiet. i never has a problem with my neighbors. the maintence was ok. whenever i had a problem the property manager was never in her office (grace compton). it did take a long time for maintence to fix things that i reported when i moved in. most of it, i ended up fixing myself.
