This is a wonderful place to stay...at least the ones that my landlord owned. Since they are individually owned I can't speak for every condominium. The landscape was nice. They are beautiful on the inside. Very spacious. If you decide to move in you wont regret it. I only moved out because I was moving to another city. If I ever move back I would try and get my old place back. It survived hurricane Ivan with little to no damage.
