i use to live there when the brothers owened them it was very nice and quiet..but now who ever owens the place now it looks like the ghetto.. grass is nasty,,there tryting to sell them off as CONDOS''''' no pool,,tennis courts,, play area.. nasty pond out back ..trash all over not to mention the pallets of tile sitting out front for months now,,,, what a shame what use to be a nice place with friendly tenents has gone to waste....

You forgot to mention the drug dealer that lives in apt. 405 and sold drugs out of that apartment.
