| Less than average living. Poor Management.Maintenence is lacking (unskilled). Present management blames previous management for "today's" issues. Heat and a/c are terrible (high electric bills). Maintenance is handed out to manager's "lackies". Constant Police presence. | ||||||||||||

| I've resided at Park since 2003. Management & maintenance are very repsonsive. Management is quick to "worm out" problem renters. A quiet, safe place to live. I plan on staying as long as current management is status quo. | ||||||||||||
