I stayed at plantation for almost 4 years.honestly best place in the area. specially office personnel CAROL and DANA has been great. very genuine and always willing and available for any help.i dont understand why people complain about this place. i have always enjoyed this place. its good for family, singles , couples etc...
dont judge this place by reviews go out there and check it out. you will be pleased you chose this place. thank you plantation for all your hospitality. special thanks to carol very very very nice person to work with.

hmmm, I think management is writing these again.... I lived there a few years ago and lets say when i moved in the carpet wasnt cleaned like promised so we stuck having to stay at my old place for 2 extra days and had to reschedule movers, also had a bullet hole in the window, grease all over cabinet doors.... Also when living there trash compactor never worked and this is documentated with the health department as I called them to investigate as the trash was just piled out front of it and stunk.... Also defective fire alarms which never worked properly, just would randomly go off... This is also documentated with Pinellas Park Fire Rescue as the complex was fine numerous time and the complex only fixed them when threaten by the fire marshal that he was going to shut down the complex... Dont move here unless you use to trashy ghetto living... I lived in feathersound prior to move here, Im not some ghetto trash either.

I agree- waking up at 3AM to an extremely loud fire alarm was no fun- Very Moldy place, which the ofc staff was not helpful about at all- gave us a de-humidifier- ony 1 for a 1300 sq ft apartment and said the rest were "being used"- of course because there is mold everywhere!!! Seriously the worst place I have ever lived. I am happy to be outta there!

if they have lived there for 4 yrs why does it show they only been there since 2009..sure is the staff writing this one...this place is the WORST!!!! place i have ever lived at..i m so happy i moved from there a couple months ago.. everyone in pinellas throws there trash away there,,,parking is a joke they assign you a spot but people park where ever they want to..not to mention all the drug dealers they have let move in the place..police are there almost everynight..rats run all around the pplace especially the pool area at night..gates never work..i could go on and on

I agree, I think its someone in the office that wrote that, wow that is so shocking because Dana has not been there for 4 years.. that is so sad that you would let someone from your staff write a review.. If this was a great place you would not have to do that.. YES I agree with the mold, the gate, the rats, the LOUD neighbors.. Honestly when I first moved in over 2 years ago, it was a good place, but it has gone down hill and over priced.. DONT MOVE HERE>>>> STAY AWAY<<<
