From: angelap4046@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I enjoy living here. helpful staff. friendly neigbors.However, the rent goes up everyyear I sogn a new lease. started out 590.00 for 1b 1b in 03. now 680.00 if I renew in june 06 which I will not. the price isnt worth 700 s ft in my opinion. and I heard that the rent is as much as 750.00 for one bedroom. it does seem safe here which is becoming rare in pinellas though. they fix everything right away as well.
