Nice and quiet From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   While this complex is located off a major road you would never notice. Not only is it a quiet, peaceful place to live, but it is still located minutes from major commercial shopping areas. Belcher road itself is a fairly major road that allows easy access to many such industrial and commercial areas, while less than half a mile down the street it intersects Park Blvd. Park is a major causeway that connects the areas beautiful beaches (<10 minute drive) to the major highways (RT 19 and 275). The complex itself is always well kept, and the staff I've run into are always friendly and respectful. Recently they were cleaning and renovating the apt across from mine, it was so silent that I only noticed it by watching the maitenance men coming in and out of it. This is a friendly place that houses people of all walks of life. There are children that play freely outside, young couples with dogs/cats, elderly occupants who go for daily strolls across the grounds. I've always felt safe here, (which is a nice change from my previous apt complex). My one complaint would be the price/value of the homes. A small-ish one bedroom costing up to $700 does seem a bit much to me, I'm not looking forward to my rent hike, but at the same time I don't think it's so unreasonable I should move out. It's my opinion that other apts in the area will soon raise their rent as well. The community of Pinellas just seems to be going in that direction.
