HORRIBLE Office Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This complex started out to be nice, then things went downhill. After doing all of this construction, it sent a millions roaches into our apartment. On the day we moved out, we counted at least 22 dead roaches on the floor. It was disgusting! The office staff was the worst I've ever experienced. Whenever you try to call them, they never answer. Whenever you go in, they seem annoyed to see you. They never lifted their fingers help anyone out. I was thoroughly appalled with the trashiness of the office staffs behavior. This apartment complex is now WAY overpriced. The rent jumped up $100 in a year for residents who wanted to re-sign. They're only charging extra to help them fix all of the broken things that were there. A 700 square foot apartment is not worth $850. They also try to steal money from you saying you never paid rent/water, when we have already gotten copies of the cashed checks.
