I LOVE LIVING HERE!!! From: calicocat Date posted: 10/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   After living at Colony Square in Largo, (a.ka. the Fountains of Largo)SMC is AWESOME! It is so nice and quiet. The staff is helpful and polite. It is sooo quiet (did I say that already''') I feel like I live in the country! The closets are HUGE and the appliances are brand new. They are remodeling everything. The rent is high and the parking is a little tight but it is worth every penny!
