Sugarmill Creek is a great place to live. This property has 2 beautiful pools, a small gym and a stocked bass pond. The spacious floor plans incude luxuries like, upgraded kitchens and appliances,tile flooring, washer and dryers, and a screened in patio. On top of all these luxuries I have been given, the maintenance staff is outstanding, responding to all issues promptly. There was an issue on a holiday and we thought we were gonna be without a/c till the following day, but a great man name "Joe C" was dispatched and saved the day !!! Now thats service......
