Very poor parking setup. So little parking that people will park behind you practically blocking you in. Can hear dogs barking, birds chirping, phones ringing and stereos blaring THROUGH THE WALLS. Carbon monoxide detectors chirp at random times even with new batteries, maintenance very slow to respond if they do at all. Outdoor lights often out for weeks before they get replaced. Office staff nice, but unwilling to work with guests. Oh, and half of the apatments had collapsed air ducts-- the other half will probably get them from settling.
