Have tried to deal with this Apartment Complex now for some time, get nothing but the runaround from the office Mgr. Tried to over charge on rent, made false promises, so took my business elsewhere, to a friendly and honest complex. They lease and do not tell you they are selling, so you can move in and then have to move out. Very unreasonable people

Don't shoot the messanger, can only do what the ownership allows to be done.No one knew at the time that the property was going condo, until new ownership stepped in. Those of us who communicated with the office new that it wasn't managements decision to sell, it was the owners decision. Management complies with what the ownership says.

I agree with the last post. I used to be in the apartment business and I also live here and it is amazing how much people complain. Renters2 and Downout are you ever going to be happy with anything. Bitching all the time must be exhausting!
