I live on the second floor - that is so I can have a garage - there are no top apartments with garages - the floors are paper thin. I can here every step and move in the upstairs apartment - the doors slam shut (tightly sprung) loudly - stairs are noisy - just the noisest place I have ever live in - NOISY - it is mostly the poor construction - looks good on the outside but very poorly constructed inside - like living in a college dorm for an extreme price - 945 for a 1 bedroom with garage - way too much for the leave of noise. They need to look into fixing the floors on apartments that are above someone else but bottom line is all that matters.
