I've lived here for almost a year and am getting ready to move out (only b/c I am moving out of state). Sure this place has some flaws as others have described but all-in-all, its an apartment get over it. Some things are to be expected. There are a lot flaws that are more than likely the result of going with the lowest bidder. Carbon monoxide detectors beep at random (I have 2 disconnected), the drains are a bit slow, and the AC is a bit loud. You can hear the people upstairs at various times throughout the day but thats been the case at all 3 apartments i've lived in previously as well. The office staff has always been professional and courteous with me and when I put in a work order, the problem gets fixed in a timely manner. I think the cost of renting here is great! Being a single mom and supporting my kids on my own, there is a lot of places out of my price range. I love that its gated, the pool and fitness center are very nice; for what you pay, its worth it!!
