noise very bad, parking terrible, maintenance real bad (nothing ever fixed), gates usually not working, staff friendly but never gets anything done - and just tells you oh well that is just the way it is - they do not care - just give me the rent - very poorly constructed buildings - no sound proofing and no insulation (electric bills extreme) - cold air during winter comes through sliding glass door - and hot during the summer - very uncomfortable - sliding glass doors can be heard loudly in adjoing apartments and front doors slam loudly shaking the building - people walking up the stairs - shake the building - airplanes flying real low and very loud - racing on the streets around the buildings - all the time - cops do not monitor the roads - racing in the parking lots - 10 or 11 break-ins in 6 months - do you need any more - not a good place to live

This person is obviously retarded. Must have been evicted for something. Noise is bad because its not made of concrete, but the staff office is very good and maintenance has fixed everything i have called in the same day. Dont be an ass

Hipsterboy give it up... you are not fooling anyone, and even though I don't agree with this poster on some things, you make yourself look bad by responding... this is a forum for Tenants, not management.
