I have been here for 3 years now and it's time to move on. I would have to rate my overall experience here as enjoyable. The apartments are very nice and the office staff are exceptional to say the least, and really no turn over. That was nice and says alot about this property. They always greet you with a smile and remember your name - very professional and friendly. I only had to call maintenance once in the entire time I was here and they were prompt in fixing the problem. My biggest complaint would have to be the noise level. You will get to know your neighbors very well! But... It's an apartment and I'm sure they heard me too. Had my own garage so parking was never an issue. The grounds are always kept neat and clean. We did have several break-ins a while back, but every apartment comes with an alarm system! I did feel safer here than anywhere else I have rented. WARNING TO ALL>>> STAY OUT OF THE DOG PARK!!! THE DOG OWNERS PREY ON VICTIMS FROM 5PM TO 8PM NIGHTLY THERE! RESIST THE TEMPTATION! IT IS LOADED WITH DRAMA AND NASTY ATTITUDES!

The guy that posted this was a drama queen who made insulting comments when a neighbors pet died. He also liked to go around and make everyone think their animals were sick and tried to make people think there was some sort of conspiracy going on. We all actually really liked this guy until he went nuts.
