I've been here for just over 2 years and I'm moving next month. I like my apartment. I have a ground floor so it's probably quieter since I don't have a door that exits to the hall. I don't hear all the echoing. For the most part my neighbors have been fairly quiet so no complaints there.
Maintenece is usually pretty quick about responding to issues. Management has always been good. No issues there.
Dog park is a wonderful aminity. Every evening there's always a group of dogs in the park waiting to play with your dog. We go there almost every night.
Car Wash is nice to have so close and cheaper then off site.
People have been known to drive too fast along the back road but it seems to be getting a little better.
Water here is more expensive than I think it should be. They bill every 45 days and for 2 people it's running about 90 dollars. if i had a complaint it would be that since there aren't meters at each apt - it's based on community usage.

ya right, this place stinks, not only for the dog ----, but from the managment, you hear all the noise above and the apartments beside you. watch out they will keep your deposit and charge you extra, you will leave owing at least 1000.00 beware
