First of all, we love our apartment. It's the right size and has all the right amenities and features. The appliances are pretty basic and for the most part, do the job. We intially had some troubles with the management and with the maintenance crews, but that has sicne turned around and now the maintenance guy and the new manager (as well as the office staff) are all very nice. Parking is becoming problematic though. As the apartments start filling up again, it's evident that there aren't enough parking spaces to go around, especially when people don't use their garages. Aside from that, we've no complaints. There's little noise and pests aren't a problem as we have pest control every week.
