I lived there for over a year and a half. Their layouts are excellent, but as someone else mentioned, the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbor sneeze sometimes. Sometimes it gets noisy late nights when people are partying.

It's true management almost never returns calls.

I would have given them a 4/5 but bringing that down to 3 for this reason: I had overpaid my rent for the last month not knowing when I was leaving (paid for entire month instead of the days I was going to be there). The mgmt told me whatever overpayment I made, they will reimburse within 2-3 weeks once I leave. They did pay, but cut out $150 for no reason. I had already paid extra for not being on a lease for the last month I was there. I was chasing mgmt for over 2 months before I got my 2nd check in the mail reimbursing me fully, finally. 2 MONTHS!

I would still recommend them, but be careful overpaying. And have someone from their team inspect your place BEFORE you leave, while you're there. Otherwise your deposit will be in trouble.
