We moved into these apartments about a month or two ago and are loving living here. We have not had any problems with noise or anything else. When we moved in we asked for a few things to be replaced and fixed and they were done promptly. The dog park is great and the neighbors have been very friendly.

actually, I really do live here... and have friends that live here as well. If you have any questions for me feel free to ask.. I'd hate for them to take the blame for my good review. I searched and searched for an apartment and always looked for reviews and thought that leaving my thoughts on our new place would be helpful to others. I honestly have had no problems so far and hope not to have any. I live in a 2b on the 3rd floor and am enjoying it very much! I love the location because its so close to 275 and I have to drive to Tampa each day. I am a little considered with the A/C unit because we turned it on and it made quite a bit of a rattling noise... but I haven't had to use it since so we will see when the summer comes!
