Lived here in a three bedroom 2 bath for almost a year.. We have alittle problem for the first month with the ac not working, the carbon alarm kept beeping every week for a month and finally got fixed.. and the celing in the kitchen leaked ( we are on the first floor) when they pressured washed the breezeway on the second floor.
The mangement they are quite nice and friendly, but when you have a problem, they are no help what so ever.
We have had a problem with a neighbor parking next on the sidewalk right next to our kids room at night. There is plenty of parking spots, but they still park right next to the windows and go upstairs because they are lazy. I have been up to the front office complaining, they taged the car, they left notes on the car but thats it. They never towed the car or never talked to the people. The neighbors have knocked on my kids windows late at night and knocked on our door.. had to call the cops out but they can't do anything since its private property. it stopped for awhile but started up again. I would not recommend it here to anyone especially if you have kids.
The school here my boys love going there.. we moved here from ft lauderdale and kids love the teachers and the kids but it could be alittle better.

That's horrible people would knock on your windows. We had a problem with the 1st floor people parking their cars 2 deep in front of their garage and the cars would block the entrance to the stairs. They wouldn't do anything about it. We also had next door neighbors blasting their music and we complained several times and called the police but nothing was done by office or police.

Yep, our AC is still not working correctly after living here for over 6 months. We've complained to the office and had maintenance people out for the first few months but never got fixed. They promised us new A/C unit and we still haven't seen it, we basically gave up with the front office doing anything productive.

The A/C units suck here. Not much they can do about it considering you'd just about have to replace them all to fix it. The 3br units are the same as the 1BR... way too small for the larger unit.
