This community use to be great 3-4 years ago! Now they do not take care of the inside apartments, so the appliances are barely work, the pipes have a bad smell coming out them and your bath tubs do not drain. The office management team is nice, they just don't interested in making residents happy. Maintieance is really bad so dont waste your time with them, he does not want to do anything that looks like work. He told me the dishwasher is not suppose to clean dishes it is just a dish santizer. Who knew!

My unit was not cleaned when I moved in. The shower heads in both bathrooms where so gross that I had to replace them both. My bedroom was not painted, the bathroom tub still had mildew stains around it. My refrighrator actually pants really loud and is unbalanced. Anyway, I only have 11 months to go, so I will just have to tough it out. Only move here if you have no other choice!

our community was built in 2004.all appliances are GE designed for apt use. they take a lot of abuse from people who take care of them or not.All of our appliances work correctly and are tested by 27 year experienced maint supervisor.The Dish washers are not the top of the line machines and yes you have to clean food from dishes before you put them in.They are not the maytag that you can put a cake in like you see on T.V commercials.They are steering people in the wrong direction.The Tubs did not drain due to human hair clogging them it is hard to Keep control what people put in the drains .The bad smell is pinellas countys water if it sits without usage it will give off a sulphur odor.The Staff here strives to make 300 families the happiest families in pinellas park.I think they are proffesional and the most knowledgeable.If you have any problem or situation They will take care of it because they do care.Yes They do Make Mistakes no one is perfect but if it happens let them know and they will help you.

Thank you 99dodge for identifying yourself as management and responding. I have some of the problems here, but not too bad, and maintenance has been responsive to me. I like it here. I would, however, advise management to replace the AC units on the 3br units with a much larger unit when the time comes... the originals are just too small. Overall I give you guys a B-... not too bad these days.
