I have lived here 4 years almost since it was new.I am glad our old maint staff came back when Greystar came back to manage the propety.The Morgan group staff did not seem to care.They always take care of our problems the same day or within 24 hrs usually if they cant make it they call to let you know.Yes the parking is sometimes crazy thats because people with garages use them for storage and not their car.The office staff tries to let people know this is why there is no parking for the people on the 3rd floor.I have lived in other communities before but the staff in my eyes is what makes me stay.
