Oceanside Estate Apartments 0% Recommended Mar 18 2008: The apartments have a good size for a HUD subsidized complex with good size kitchens. Management is terrible and the maint staff is totaly unqualified for the job. Sugar Mill Creek 63% Recommended Oct 26 2007: The management has made this complex look great.
