As far as price goes you cant beat it. The apartments are older but where else can you buy a large 2b2b for under 700.00-- My neighbors are quiet and there is not a problem with crime BUT... THe office staff is like the gestapo! Seriously... Before you have a chance to tell them you have a visitor they leave notes on your door. There are neighbors here that spy and run and tell on EVERYTHING you do. Im all for following rules but come on when you cant even have your parents over for a night while visiting from out of town without have a note taped to your door its getting a little ridiculous. I would rather pay more money and not have to constantly feel like im doing something wrong than live here

This rating is so old the office staff has different people in it since then. I have lived here for about 5 years and enjoy my apt. People should do what they are supposed to and they wouldn't be so concerned.
