I??ve not experienced any crime and the maintenance is adequate but slow. Most apartments have very old appliance. There is mold in the ceilings and some leaks in the roof in other apartments. When we called about the mold they came out and painted over it. The grounds are not well maintained and there are no washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. In our bathroom the wallpaper is painted over. The only problem we've had is with a crazy neighbor who has a tizzy over parking, but most of the people there keep to themselves and are very nice, quiet and polite.
