These apartments are a bit rundown. There is an on-site laundry room with three dryers and four washers, not nearly adequate for the number of tenants. Needs privacy fencing to block out the loud rap music coming from undesirables living across the street. Management feels they have an absolute right to let themselves in whenever they want, without your permission. Rent rises without any noticeable improvement in the infrastructure, if there is any. Recently (October 2004) the ownership changed hands and the very personable and friendly management was replaced by a bunch of stiffs. All in all, if you're looking for cheap and don't expect much then this is the place for you.

well yes the rent is cheap and what better way to save some money then to have what 10 people livin in a 1 bedroom apartment
