I transferred to Fla and had to find a cheap place to live while my home in another state was on the market. I found Grove Court apts and could not be happier! The staff is beyond friendly - and the tenants are great! I am renting a studio apt and find the area to be safe and fairly quiet and peaceful. One of the best things about this location is you are close to all amenieties you may need - grocery, drug store, restaurants, shopping and even the hospital.

When I first moved in I thought that I would hate the AC system - since it is a wall unit (much like what is at a hotel) - however, it keeps the entire apt nice and cool - and the electric bills are not high at all.

This has been a wonderful "temporary" situation for me - low cost, great location, nice neighbors and wonderful staff.

They are also in the process of updating and refurbishing the exterior of the units - and the grounds are always kept cut and clean.
