i have lived in grove court apts for 3 years now the area is wonderful your 2 mins from i-4 and everything u need is right around u theres walgreens across the street theres a taco bell the strawberry drive in all kinds of docotor offices mcdonalds is about a mile down the street as well as a publix catos nail salon wendeys outback apple bees and o so much more.Its great the neightbor hood is quite and the staff is very friendly my rent at the moment is $550 and the water runs about $25 a month there are lots of trees and the parking is wonderful i love having my end apt #31 im right by my parking space making grocies easy to unload thank god its not one of those up stairs apt.The lights run about $55 a month which is a blessing.I do belive there are studios as well which are very spacey the 1 bedrooms are really big the biggest 1 bedroom ive ever seen and if my research is right its the cheapest in plant city which blows my mind o yeah its in walking distance to the strawberry festival which is wonderful no parking fee o and the closet are great i hate a small closet here u have one in the hallway and one in the bedroom as well as a huge one in the bathroom.The only reason we are moving is i wanted to buy a bigger house where i may one day have kids.if u have any question feel free to email me kristina200618@yahoo.com ill be moving out at the end of the month and my apt will be up for grabs soon,did i meantion its right around the coner from the laundry mat.good luck on your apt search
