The apartment was falling apart. The buildings and breezeways were filthy. There was always garbage everywhere. My kitchen floor sagged and I could here the noisy pipes leaking inside my bathroom wall. My downstairs neighbor complained about water leaking through here ceiling from my apartment. Maintenance just painted over the water stains on the ceiling and said they couldn't find any leak.

Lot's of little hoodlum teenagers would hang out in the parking lots all night blasting their car stereos rattling my whole apartment.

The front gate is always broken and stuck open. There is a private security guard there at night, but one night I saw him parked in a back parking lot sleeping in his car. Even when the gate is working people just cut through the woods from the next apartment complex over (government assisted housing) and break into people cars.

The racquetball courts are in horrible shape and they're always filled with broken glass.

My downstairs neighbor had her car stolen from the parking lot. Another neighbor in my building had his car vandalized. My truck was vandalized and burglarized. Someone I new a couple buildings over had all four of his tires slashed one night. The police were at the complex almost every night. The street light in my parking lot burned out and it took over 2 months before it was fixed.

I would recommend that everyone avoid this place at all costs.
