I don't mind this apartment.. The maintenence is always here within a few days of me calling in for something to be fixed. Nothing major has been broken. There are a lot of dogs here that bark when you or someone else walks by and the gates are ALWAYS broken but other than that.. I really like these apartments. Oh and it's like 10 minutes away from the interstate so it kinda sucks when you want to go to Tampa or Lakeland.
