It's not bad but I'm sure there are better things out there. I've been here for about 5 months and we've already had TWO floods. So that is the reason we aren't that happy. But otherwise I haven't had anything bad happen like my car stolen or anything. Sometimes you get some punk kids hanging out at the pool late at night being really loud. The office staff seems really nice and has worked with me on multiple occasions. The maintenance men are freaking awesome!!!! They rock. That's about it.
