I lived in Hunters Ridge from 1992 - 1995 and again from 2000 - 2005. I lived in a one bedroom and a 2 bedroom. When I first lived there, the place was new and very nice for the time. My husband and I were newly weds and this was a perfect little apt for a young couple. A few years later, after moving back to Plant City, we rented a 2 bedroom in building 17. It was a terrible living experience. I called the cops on 3 different neighbors and in each case, I called because someone was being beaten up. I witenessed a domestic abuse case where the woman was being pulled out of the apartment, and another case where a mother/son fought incessantly. He used to beat her to a pulp! ANother time, I heard a loud yell, opened my door and watched my neighbor punch a guy and knock him out cold. There were always cops at someone's apartment. Crime is very bad even though there is a gate at the front entrance (which was always broken).

The parking conditions are terrible. There are a lot of Mexican families living there and they have so many people living in one apartment that one apartment takes 10 parking spaces. It is awful.

The complex has not been properly maintained. THe first time we lived there, it was great but the second time showed serious deterioration. Our green carpet was worn and very dirty and the bathroom tub was sinking into the floor. Seriously!! We were on the top floor and because the floors and walls are so thin, we heard everything happening in our neighbors apartments.

The breezeways and hallways were so filthy!! I reported this on many occasion (along with my sinking bath-tub). There is trash all over the parking lot.

I never used the pool because there were too many punks hanging out there (non-residents). Plus, the mexican guys eye rape you to death.

Everything I say here is the truth. Don't live here.
