ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO LIVE IN PLANT CITY. MANAGEMENT WAS RUDE DUMPSTERS OF GARBAGE OVERFLOWING LANDSCAPE WHAT LANDSCAPE'FENCES BROKEN THAT SEPERATED/ FROM SHOPPING CENTER NOISY AND VANDALISM TO CARS(FOOD THROWN ON VEHICLES)
