I am just moving out, I have lived here for a year and I have personally not had a serious problem. The only thing I do not agree with is the fact they come in and inspect your apartment, on the flyer it stated they would be checking plumbing and air conditioning what I didn't expect was going through the whole apartment refrigerator, closets, cabinets that was just uncalled for. But it is pretty quiet and no super noisy neighbors everyone's pretty nice.
