I had no problem with this place until they started the condo conversion. Now they are trying their best to get the renters out so they can sell the properties, at the expense of the renters. There is no more emergency maintanence so when my air conditioning broke I had to wait over 24 hours before it was fixed. Also, the new property manager treats the renters as though we are inferior. He even tried to bad mouth me to the apartment I was going to move to.
