iv lived here almost 2 years they cant keep a manager and the new manage is a black woman who thinks she is running the ritz the manager tells us we are not allowed to be in front of our apartment when we sre the manager tells us we are loitering and we are getting a lease violation
also the trash piles up around the dumpster because there is only one dumpster and then the manager digs through the trash and finds addresses and send them 70 dollar fines for no being able to put there trash in an over stuffed dumpster then she tells every one to keep the trash inside untill the dumpster is empty and we get a 70 dollar fine if we set the trash by our door NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY FIND SOME WHERE ELS

I remember that. I lived there back in 2004, nothing has changed, I see. Apparently there is some kind of manager training where they teach them that garbage. I only say that cause it seems that the managers over the years, are different people, but still do things the same. YAAY for the trashdiggers ROFL! It was the same trash issue 4 years ago.
