If you are looking for somewhere to live then DO NOT COME HERE. Shelia the manger is the worst manager I have ever come incounter with. She has NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS WHATSOEVER. People are out all times of the night just hanging out. People are selling drugs, drinking and playing loud music all times of the day and night. When you tell the office about these things nothing gets done. Well you know what they say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.....and boy do you get nothing. Shelia the mangaer is the biggest liar there ever was.

Ive been living in Park Springs for a while now and it seems to me that the management of this complex is just as corrupted as some of the residence that lives here. I feel the manager(sheila) instead of violating those who pay their rent on time and follow rules shouldnt be violated for being outside. What about those who have children that play outside all day. Shouldnt they be violated also? Its seems to me that those who have teenage children are the ones who seem to be picked on the most. In addition, she says she wants to clean up the complex but how can you clean a complex if your own staff is doing drugs in the complex as well. I wouldnt suggest anyone to move in here because the management is corrupted and even your courtesy officer is just as rude as the management. Who would want to live in a complex where you pay your rent on time and still have problems with your landlord. I understand their rules and regulations but when you take advantage of your authority then you shouldnt be a complex manager.
