The management has really cleaned up this place,its not even half as bad as it was when i first moved in. There used to be drug deals across from my apt all the time - i don't see it lately. As for the trash complaints - the dumpster is nowhere near full. Sit and watch sometime - its lazy tenants who walk up, and dump their trash on the steps without even looking in. This seems to start a dominoe effect. Its usally some lazy momma who sends her 6 year old up there who doesn't even have the strength to open the door. This place is no better or worse than any place else in town. Most of the people complaining are the ones who have probably been given notice for wrong doing - well guess what' You are going to get that no matter what complex you live in. If you want to do what you want, and have no rules, move out and buy a house in the boonies! Oh, i forgot - you can't do that if your only income is a welfare check and food stamps.

Well what does that say about you.... you live in a complex that is based on your income. Regardless of what type of income someone makes does not matter it is the PRIDE that you was raised with.As long as they pay there rent

Yes, whoever wrote this is as ignorant as management. This is based on income these apartments. That doesn't mean that tenants have to be treated like garbage. We all pay our bills but when you are not allowed to do nothing but stay inside because too many rules.That is ridiculous. Yes, it cleaned up but they don't fine those people that have children running outside playing and on there bikes in the street. Instead they pick on teenagers. NOT ALL TEENAGERS ARE BAD. Regardless on there age children, teenagers or even adults should be able to go outside and not fear that they will be violated. Not everyone hangs out all the time but because of those that do everyone pays for it. RIDICULOUS!!!!You should look at staff that sits around doing illegal stuff. I have been living here for a while and not had any problems with tenants. All my problems is with MANAGEMENT.

maybe the person that wrote this post about park springs not being as bad as it used to be should get their head out of lucretias -------,open their eyes and really look at what is going on in the development.You apparently cant see all the ---- that nasty ----- lucretia puts good poeple through for no reason.The park is alot better off without her,Merranda,Mr.Ed,and the don't know their ass from a hole in the ground maintanance crew.Look at what managment is doing to those poor children in 601's father for no justified reason.put a defiant tresspass on him for nothing and he has never done anything wrong in this community.They should be happy that a father who does have children here is involved in his childrens life as much as he is,unlike half the woman there don't know where or who their childrens father is.The guy's name I think is Chuck and his girlfriend Asia and their 4 children live at 601.Constantly being harrassed by the office for ne reason.That family don't bother anyone and Asia's boyfriend Chuck has done nothing but good in that neighborhood.So why should they be repeatedly harrassed for no reason? Lucretia should mind her own business and pay attention to the real problems in the development like the child molester(Dawn Steimer)who lives in 1206.She was convicted for molesting her own son and no one was told and she still lives there doing her dope and causing problems for everyone.You poeple there only know what Lucretia wants you to,to make herself look good.You want the truth on what really goes on start paying close attention to your neighborhood.

ummm... are you talking about Park Springs? Because they don't have any apt # 601 or 1206 - and who is Lucretia?
