Yet the landlord is on property and the non wanted criminals are nice this place is a hole. If you want affordable living, then move here because it is that. But when you look out your window in the middle of the night don't be surprised that there are people out there breaking into cars. The mold has made me sick..literally medically sick. And when u sign the lease they give you a waiver saying that they are not responsable for the mold and you should wash the walls with bleach water (WELL ISN'T THAT ADDING MOISTURE TO THE WALLS FOR MILDEW AND MOLD TO GROW'''') And can we talk about the bugs''' They "spray" for bugs but i have lived in over 5 apartments and have never had bug problems like these. There are not only TONS of ants but lots of big roaches as well. And the property people say that is normal. Well i'm sorry that when i find a roach crawling on me in the middle of the night I want to call the health department. I think it is a health hazard but no one will do anything...just like if anything happens to your car or apartment. The cops come out and say "well you moved here." All I have to say is if you are looking to move to Plant city try one of the newer apartments like hunters ridge or woodbridge because these old apartments are a health hazard.
