just like other tenants have stated strawberry place is good if you are looing for afffordable rent .other than that its horrible!!!!! the manager ignore your maintanence call you have to harrass them to send out somebodt to fix things .when i first moved in termites were a big problem it took months to get that in check after keep call;ing bugging the manager other than that they would still be there.now about roaches at first i had that problem then i used combat roach gel and that was the end to that.mold does appear on the ceiling .another big huge issue is that people break into cars and steal radios am a victim of car theft there my radio was stolen and my neighbor car aslo was stolen. theres nothing seems to be done about the breaking and entering into residents cars its just getting worse also everything like house appliances such as closets doors are ect are cheap qaulity.it just sucks SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
