The management needs constant nagging to correct problems. The lights were out in the hallway for over a week and it took multiple calls to correct the problem. Try walking up a couple of flight of stairs in the dark. They need to put more effort in keeping garbage and trash from piling up near the dumpsters and common areas. Beds and appliances are constantly left near the dumpsters for weeks. Don't try to go to the office late in the afternoon. The office hours state they are open until 6:00 pm, but don't count on it. You will have much better odds playing the lottery then catching someone there after 5:30
Not much to choose from in PLant City, but trust me it is worth the drive to live in a better community.
