Let me tell you about my experience with Tall Timbers Apartments. The office is staffed with two people who leave alot to be desired and give the property and it's owners a very bad name and reputation. Let me explain!! Everytime you go to this office and it does not matter what day, you will have a better chance of winning the lottery than of finding someone here, and if you happen to be lucky enough to find either one of them in the office don't count on them being willing to help you as that would require getting off the couch, turning off the Soap Opera's, pausing the computer games or getting off the telephone. Lord knows they can't be bothered with you. We have lived here for almost a year and with the exception of the maintenance man who is the only working person here, he is always helpful, cordial and always here all day long during regular working hours.My husband and I would rather deal with him on all issues, but unfortunatley his hands are tied in certain areas as he is not the manager. Well Who is'' I would be embarassed to say that I was the Manager in this place. The office staff is about as useless and lazy as they come. The never dress nicely, They're office always looks messy and unorganized and they lie to you. A friend of mine recently came by looking for information about an apartment and after 3 visits she finally found someone in the office. But when she came in to inquire information, they were sitting on the couch watching TV and the guy did not even approach her. He told her that there was nothing available, but she could help herself to a brochure that was on the counter. She didn't even bother and when she told me this I was shocked!! I thought it was just the residents that were treated this way and not people inquiring and I know of 2 empty apartments in my building alone and one of the girls that I work with also lives here and there are 3 empty's in hers!! Is this discrimination or just plain laziness!!
Also, don't complain about noise, kids, dogs, vandelism or trash in breezeways becuase nothing will happen, as they do not like to enforce the rules, is it fear of r Confrontation or just plain laziness. We were told that we could not bring our big dog, but three neighbors around us have dogs the size of minature ponies!!
The owners of this place ought to just get rid of the property becuase apparently they really don't care or they are just compalacent to think that this is the way things should be!! Shame on them!! This place is beautiful and could be a major asset to them if they would consider getting rid of the 2 people in the office. They could probalby with someone who cares and actually wants to work, double their monthly income in less than a year!!
Our lease is up in September and we are so looking forward to leaving this place. I will never again reccomend this apt to anyone, becuase I have recommended 3 of my friends and co-workers in the past and have never been so embarassed to hear how they were treated!! The only nice one on the staff is Maintainace, maybe they should find office people who have a work ethic like this guy and this place could turn around!!
