Tall Timbers is very nice.
Actually the warning about the maintnance man.
He is a very nice guy and is always doing his job.
It seriously never stops.
You see that poor guy go home & then at 8 or 9 o clock
He gets called out to an emergency.
And he never minds helping all of us out.
The apartment manager is very nice.
She keeps everyone up to speed and is always willing to help.
There are a few trouble makers in the neighborhood.
Like the lady below who did the WARNING.
Yeah her 2 sons vandalized the pool numerous times.
With over 15,000 in damage.
So needless to say that is why they were banned from the pool.
Also they were both under 18 and she wasnt present at the pool
so they were told to go get a parent to supervize them.
It wasnt because the maintnance guy is a jerk.
You have your good neighbors and your bad neighbors.
But thats with everywhere you go.
The apartments are nice and clean.
& There isnt a bug problem or anything.
As for the drunk people.
Yeah the people in Building 1005 like to drink & have a good time.
And there are a few that ruin it.
But its not some huge party.
Its just the neighbors hanging out on the padio
and the grown ups drinking a little bit.
But its that were all friends and can do that.
There is a psycho lady that lives on the first floor though (Kim)
Just watch out for her.
But other then that the apartment is great.
Really. I live here now.
And me & My boyfriend are getting a place together here.
I love this place.
The yards away kept clean. The pool is always clean.
The hallways are always kept clean.
Its nice.
Parking can suck. But the issue is being fixed.
