The office staff is just fine and especially compared to some other experiences I have had in the past. The maintenance is excellant and the grounds are kept well. You can't beat the price for the ammenities and maintenance service and location. I feel very safe here and recommend it if you enjoy a quite (not a wild crowd) place to live.
