Be willing to bet your life savings that all the bad remarks made about the "Management" at Townsgate are from persons who either were evicted for non-payment or for disturbing most of or the entire
neighborhood. If everyone here put in their comments about the office staff and about Townsgate in general the good comments would overwelm that bad.If it is such a bad thing that management watches the property so we live in a quite and safe neighborhood then move to where you can disturb others and tear the property up. This is not the neighborhood for you. I have lived here since 98' and feel safe.Unfortunately I do not live here in peace because some residents don't know how to respect their surroundings. My door is knocked on and the answering service calls due to someone carrying on like they are at some huge party, or trying to kill one another while falling on their face in a drunken stupper on the sidewalk at midnight. Trust me, my residency is wonderful at Townsgate and the majority of our residents are the greatest you could ever have. As a matter of fact we have several long term residents of which whom are also not a problem and don't have any problems with the management either. One thing you could bet on is if you pay your rent, don't disturb the neighborhood, basically if you go by the policies that you signed upon move-in you will enjoy your stay at Townsgate.

Of course you're going to write good comments about this trasy complex.Has it ever ocurredto you that maybe people didn't rent so they could get the hell out of townsgate? Or maybe it was because of poor maintance and that's why.It's preety sad that only management writes good reviews,and it's probley management writing all the other ones too.Something will be done possibley a lawsuit if this poor management does'nt change so beware.

I've lived here 4 years and I've been a good tenant but they have raised my rent $15,$40,& $50. Seems to me if your a good tenant they take advantage of you, and lower it for new people moving in. I'm glad I'm moving out since I've already givin this place $30,000 and they dont even try to get us to stay. They don't care if they lose good tenants.
