What's the big deal'

I'm not trying to be snide or deter viable comments from other people, but what is the big deal. I have lived in here from mid 2002 and have never had a problem. I live close to the office and pay my rent on time. I am friends with the majority of my neighbors. Are there really as many people haveing problems as there seems' To me, and the neighbors I have spoken with, it seems that if you follow the rules that YOU SIGNED UP FOR, then there are no problems. The maintance are kind and quick, having fixed several problems for me. The apartments themselves are no 5-star, but a big value at the price. I have no bugs, no horrible neighbors (just a loud one) and have never had a problem. But, why would someone else bee mistreated' Is there prejudice' Favoritism'
